Mary's July News and Notes

As you can see I'm still celebrating Christmas in July! I will share my friends Christmas or holiday themed books. I'm also going to share my favorite Christmas books.

And then I'm going to tell you more about my first book of the Wintergreen Village Series, The Kristmas Project. On pre-order now.

But first, I'd like to tell you about my book signing at Dolly's Bookstore in Park City it was fun. A lot of people stopped by to chat. There were a lot of browsers from out of town. I didn't sell much, but I many were interested in my upcoming Christmas series.

My retreat author buddies!

Tell It Like It Is takes place during the holidays, Justine Shelby is assigned to protect world-famous author Rosalee Kane. How will she do that with the round of festivities Rosalee has planned?

After the loss of his wife, former pastor Jack Birch isn’t looking for a wife, however, his beautiful and feisty neighbor, with a wooden spoon for a weapon stirs him in ways he never expected to feel again.

The last person Jessica Tucker expects to ring her apartment doorbell is the handsome Trace Brightwell, her boss’ son.

So naturally she lies and tells him she is her twin sister.

Some of my favorite Christmas books.

Kris’s childhood memories of the holidays were not filled with peace and joy.

Kristmas Noel Holly was born in December, so her parents named her after Christmas. She had no idea why because they hated everything about the holidays. The older she got, the greater her disappointment grew until she no longer tried to capture the spirit of the season. Since Kris can’t escape the festivities, work is her salvation. An invitation to present at a prestigious conference in Germany the first week of December is something she can’t pass up. Her business associate is one unhappy camper when she insists he join her.

Nicholas Joseph Holladay loves the holidays, every Christmas tree, carol, and Hallmark movie. Nick’s idea of a perfect Christmas for his daughter doesn’t include working every December. His job is perfect, so he can’t quit. Fine, he’d go, but he had a few conditions along with an idea of how to remedy Kris’s holiday workaholic tendencies. He planned to use the conference in Germany to share with her the special magic of the season by introducing her to the Christmas markets. Show her how much she missed while working.

Will his plan work, or will he blow it by falling in love with her?
