A New Decade with endless possibilities!

Welcome to Mary's Garden, where imagination grows. For the last few years, I have been giving gardening tips, after all it's Mary's Garden Blog, right? I love gardens. And when I am enjoying a garden my imagination runs wild. So going forward I will start each blog with an inspirational quote or something about IMAGINATION! The first quote of the year:

“Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning.”
―Gloria Steinem

Not only is it a new year it is a new decade. There are so many things I want to do still with my life. And what an opportunity. I have to think positive and NEVER give up on my hopes and dreams. This is something I want to pass on to my children and my grandchildren. No matter what life hands you, move forward. Hold your head high and continue toward your goal, your dream, your future.

You are NEVER to old to go after your dreams. There have been many times over the past decade I have wanted to throw in the towel on my writing. It's hard to keep going when no one seems to care about your books nor do they understand what it means to you. It makes it very hard to continue. I'm very proud of myself that I have not. And I WILL NOT!

2020 will be a big step forward toward my dream. I have been writing fast and furious on a Fantasy Trilogy, all three books will be released this year. Stay tuned for the Cover reveal festivities the week of January 6, 2020. You can join in the fun on my M.L. Foxx author page.

Now my goals, they are sort of the same as resolutions. Maybe I should say my decade of dreams. Okay here goes...

I will become a best selling author. Starting with my Fantasy Trilogy.
I will eat healthy.
I will lose to my goal weight and keep it off.
I will walk/run at least three to four times a week.
I will do 10 minutes of Yoga a day.
I will take my lunches--work will be there when I return.
I will take my two 45 min exercise time each week.
I will again run 5K's and 10K's and possibly a half marathon.
I will be an inspiration to my grandchildren.
I will watch the rest of my grandchildren graduate.
I will retire before the end of the decade.
I will see the world discover peace.

Now I want to hear your decade of dreams.
