Apple and Cranberry Pie

Apple and Cranberry Pie 2 pies - 8 pieces each
10 Apples Peeled and Sliced (1/2 Honeycrips 1/2 pink ladies)
12 oz pkg Cranberries
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flour
11 tbsp butter
3 tsp white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 pgk premade pie dough

In Large sauce pan mix 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp cinamon 1 tsp vanilla melt and add cranberries cook for about 10 min. on med. Add sliced apples and the rest of the sugar, juice vanilla and butter. Stir until blended. Then stir in flour.

Line two nine inch pans with premade pie dough. Fill each with half mixture. Lay another premade pie on the top. Slice six two inch long slits in top.

Pre heat oven to 425 when heated place pies in the over and cook for 10-15 minutes turn heat to 350 and cook 30-40 more minutes.

Cinnamon crumble for top of pie crust.

1 tsp white sugar
Bring to a paste and brush over top crust before baking
