Three pounds of shrimp-that's my serving so what is everyone else going to have.

Sometimes you just have to share!

Sorry, not when it comes to shrimp or lobsters

I'd love to find a great lobster recipe. Have any?

Yes. Take one live lobster per person, unless that person is me then make it three for me. A large pot of boiling water. Gently put them in the boiling water. Use earplugs if you font wantvto hear them scream. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with melted butter for dipping, garden green salad and a good beer. Wine doesn't work

A Sparkling wine would go great. I cannot officially meet dinner before I cook it. Sorry!

As long as the wine is light. Don't forget lobster is very rich. And you don't have to be formally introduced. They much prefer casual relaxed introductions.

Anything that screams while you cook it would make me loose my appetite. I can't pick them out prior to ordering them in restaurants either. You know when they have a tank full of them. Nope!

As long as I can order and pretend they didn't take one out of the tank, I'm okay.

It's not officially murder.

What a wimp. Wait until you read in Target Identified the scene where I have Kebi trying to herd them when the lobsters fall out of the bag. Too funny.
Anyway I found a really great sounding/tasting recipe from Allrecipe. Lobster Salad with Red Devil Dressing. Here's the link- http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Lobster-Salad-with-Red-Devil-Dressing/Detail.aspx
I think I might try making the salad this weekend.
