Too high of expectations?
This weekend we saw the legendary Chuck Berry. We'd waited in anticipation for this concert through out the summer. The weather turned out to be awesome.

I had never heard of the group who opened, their name was Renassaince. They were fantastic. However, when Chuck came on, he was showing his years. He's 83 next month. He forgot some of the lyrics to his songs. He played off key and he did not play Johnny B. Goode. I can forgive him for all but not singing his signature song. How can Chuck Berry not sing Johnny B Goode or Mabaline?
Needless to say we were disappointed. But alas, University of Utah Football kicks off Thursday, so I'm a happy camper.
My favorite time of year, Tailgating, football, fall and Halloween just around the corner.
