Birthday Blog Contest

I have a birthday coming up at the end of March. (The very last day) so I'm going to have a birthday blog contest. On March 31st ALL DAY I'm going to blog the funniest birthday story I can think of.

All those who blog/tell me their funniest birthday stories will be put into a drawing. I will have more than one prize depending on how many participate.

I'll have Book Thong's by Mary, 1.7 fl. oz Body Lotions, shower gels and bubble baths.

Funny birthday story. One year my mother decided to have a surprise birthday party for me. For some reason I was out of state and coming in that evening by plane. She invited all my friends and set out quite a spread. Everyone arrived...
Except for me. My plane was delayed by five hours by bad weather and by the time I slogged into Los Angeles and got home to Beverly Hills everyone had eaten all the food and left.
I thought it was funny at the time and still do.
What if you gave a surprise birthday party and the guest of honor didn't come? I still laugh.

This is more eerie than funny. My twin sister who lives in California (I reside in Arizona) sent me a birthday present a couple of years ago and upon opening it I saw that I had just sent her the same thing! It was a nice leather purse. I guess we are alike in our fashion sense as well as numerous other ways. Anyway, I was glad I received that purse since I had thought I would get me one like it too.

MY BIRTHDAY COMES EVERY FOUR YEARS ON FEBURARY THE 29. SO WHENEVER SOMEONE ASKS ME WHEN MY BIRTHDAY I WILL TELL THEM IT'S THE DAY THAT COMES EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE OR HARDLY EVER COMES AROUND.

A birthday party that I will always remember involves everyone dressing up as their favorite character including the two dogs. It was extremely entertaining especially so when the dogs started to rummage in the wrap and the presents and started to get hyper. The dogs were a hit and the party was unforgettable.
