Happy Friday! How are my favorite readers today?
We are in Oregon again. My daughter eloped and they took the parents with them. I will share pictures with you next week. We're staying in Waldport, it is 15 miles south of Newport, where we stayed in August. It's a lot colder, but still beautiful. We have had the best time. Fun visiting places we missed in August and places we wanted to return to, like Nana's Irish Pub.
Christmas is almost upon us! I can't believe it!

Whisk together the eggs and half and half add salt and pepper to taste. Pour evenly over the sausage. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Then add 4 biscuits on top, making sure they are not touching.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. The biscuits will be golden brown.
Serve with your favorite breakfast beverage, mimosas are always good. Maybe some fresh fruit as a side.
