Mary's Jambalaya

Mary's Jambalaya for 2
1/2 lb Shrimp (tailless)
1 1/2 Tbsp Cajun Spice (Ground)
The following are all chopped
1/2 Onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 green red pepper
The Following are sliced
2 Link Cajun Sausage
4-6 Okra
Celery

Oil pan and then saute veggies. Add susage and cook 10 min. Add 1/2 cup white wine and simmer until tender. In another pan add spice to water then boil for fast cooking rice. 2 cups. As soon as you add the rice mix thoroughly and then pour into veggie and meat mixture. Let simmer about 5 minutes and then add shrimp and continue to simmer until rice is tender.
