Cajun Sausage and Potato Casserole

Good Morning! I made this dish last week and it was awesome. I am doing the recipe by memory because I didn't write it down while I made it. It looked so good when it was done, I knew I had to share. So at least I did take pictures--I take a lot of pictures of food. Is that weird?

Anyway because I didn't write down the measurements I can only guess at the calories and of course I don't know the fat, cholesterol and all that. But I'd say it was about 400 calories per 1 1/2 cup serving.

Cajun Sausage and Potato Casserole (except for the links, soup and spice everything is approx....)
2 Louisiana hot links, sliced
10ish small red potatoes cut in half
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 jalapeno chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 1/2 tsp Cajun spice mix (spicy you might want to cut it down if you like it tamer) scroll down the page to find the recipe on my link.
Bake an hour on 400 degrees. Serve with rolls, enjoy!
