My sister-in-law lives on a ranch in Nevada and they just finished harvesting hay - it a big job, especially in the high temps they've been having. It's a cattle ranch, so she's on a horse all day and also driving machinery. She's now sixty-two years old and you wouldn't believe how fit she is. I'm jealous of her arms, firm and no flab! That's what working outdoors on a ranch does for the body, I guess!
